Pricing questions

What counts as an “active” project?

Anything in the active or on-hold status. Once you archive a finished project, it no longer counts against your tier limit — but all its data, including the handover PDF, stays in your account forever.

What if I go over my tier?

Builders Ready hard-blocks you from creating a new project once you hit the limit. You can either archive a finished project (free) or upgrade your plan (Stripe handles the prorated difference). No surprise fees.

Can I downgrade?

Yes — from your Settings > Billing page, via the Stripe customer portal. If you have more active projects than the lower tier allows, you'll need to archive some first.

Annual vs monthly?

Annual is two months cheaper. Most builders start monthly, then switch to annual once they trust the product.

What's the free trial really like?

14 days of the full Pro tier (50 active projects). Card required to start, but you won't be charged until day 14 — and you can cancel any time before then.

Refunds?

If something stops working and we can't fix it within 30 days, we'll refund your last payment. No quibble.

Do my clients pay anything?

No. Clients install the app and use it for free. You're the one with the subscription.

Is there a setup fee?

No. Sign up, brand your tenant, create your first project — that's the entire onboarding. Takes about 10 minutes.
